Support for Recovery, Burnout and Life Transitions

Soft Landing Wellness is designed for adults who are navigating some of the most demanding transitions a person can face — recovery, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the uncertain period that follows clinical treatment.
We offer structured, non-clinical support that works alongside psychological and medical care. Our role is to provide the consistency, tools, and nervous system safety that help people stabilise, rebuild, and move forward.

Who We Work With
We work with adults who are:
Experiencing burnout, emotional dysregulation, or nervous system exhaustion
Chronic stress, prolonged overload, and emotional depletion can leave the nervous system in a state of persistent activation or shutdown. We offer grounded, body-based practices that support regulation and gradual restoration.

We Are Particularly Well Suited To Those Who
Some individuals find that mainstream wellness spaces do not feel accessible or appropriate for where they are right now. Soft Landing was built with this in mind.
We are a strong fit for people who:
Feel overwhelmed by high-intensity
or highly spiritualised wellness environments
Our approach is grounded and practical.
We do not use pressure, performance, or spiritual bypassing as part of our work.
Want evidence-informed tools without feeling pushed
Every practice and resource we offer is selected for its safety, effectiveness, and suitability for nervous systems that may be sensitive or in a state of recovery.
Need consistency, clear boundaries, and emotional safety
Our sessions are structured, our boundaries are explicit, and our scheduling is reliable. For many of our clients, that predictability is itself a therapeutic resource.
Are currently engaged with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or GP
We are accustomed to working alongside clinical professionals. We operate within our scope, communicate clearly, and support — rather than compete with — the work being done in clinical settings.

A Note for Referring Professionals
Soft Landing Wellness welcomes referrals from psychologists, psychiatrists, GPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
We understand that many clients leave structured clinical treatment before they are fully stable — and that the gap between formal care and independent wellbeing is often where progress is lost. Our service is designed to fill that gap responsibly.
We offer:
A clearly defined, non-clinical scope of practice with no clinical overreach. Structured intake screening to assess readiness and suitability before any engagement begins. A collaborative approach that keeps referring professionals informed where appropriate and consent-supported. Ethical referral pathways if a client's needs exceed our scope.
If you are considering referring a client, or would like to discuss whether Soft Landing is appropriate for someone in your care, we welcome an initial conversation.

Who We Are Not Designed For
We believe clarity about scope is as important as clarity about what we offer.
Soft Landing Wellness is not suitable for individuals who:
• Are currently in acute mental health crisis or require urgent clinical intervention.
• Need active medical supervision or specialist psychiatric management.
• Are seeking therapy, counselling, or any form of clinical treatment.
If you are in crisis or require immediate support, please contact your GP, a mental health crisis line, or emergency services.
