Levels of Care

Soft Landing Wellness operates using a three-tier care model, allowing clients to access the level of support that best suits their current capacity and circumstances.
Each tier is designed around a different level of intensity, contact, and structure. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all programme, we recognise that recovery and stabilisation are not linear processes. Where someone begins with us is not necessarily where they will stay. As capacity grows, many clients move through tiers over time.
All tiers are delivered online and are available to adults internationally. Engagement is by application only, and begins with a short discovery consultation to assess readiness and suitability.

Tier 1
Stabilisation & Grounding
Low-intensity group support
Tier 1 is designed for individuals who are in an early or fragile stage of stabilisation, or who are looking for gentle, consistent nervous system support without the intensity of one-to-one work. It offers a structured weekly touchpoint and access to core regulation practices in a contained group setting.
This tier is particularly well suited to those who are not yet ready for, or do not currently require, individual sessions — but who benefit from accountability, community, and a reliable framework for daily regulation.

What is included:
-
Weekly live online group sessions, providing a consistent and professionally held space for regulation, reflection, and peer support.
-
Access to grounding, mindfulness, and emotional regulation practices, drawn from evidence-informed approaches and trauma-sensitive frameworks.
-
Access to guided somatic practices, including body-based exercises designed to support nervous system regulation without overwhelm or pressure.
-
Nervous system education resources, helping clients understand the physiological foundations of their
Focus: Safety, containment, and emotional regulation.
Investment: £120–£160 per month

Tier 2
Regulation & Rebuilding
Moderate support with individual guidance
Tier 2 is our most commonly accessed level of support. It combines the consistency of group work with the depth and personalisation of weekly individual sessions, making it suitable for those who are ready to engage more fully with the process of regulation and recovery.
This tier introduces body-based practices, life-coaching foundations, and access to holistic education, building on the safety established in Tier 1 or for those entering at a moderate level of readiness. It is designed to move clients from stabilisation into active, sustainable rebuilding.

What is included:
-
Weekly one-to-one sessions with Melanie or Keith, tailored to the individual’s current needs, goals, and capacity. Sessions may draw on coaching, somatic practices, or psychoeducation depending on what is most appropriate.
-
Two live group sessions per week, maintaining the community and peer-support element alongside individual work.
-
Trauma-informed yoga therapy, TRE, movement, and breathwork, introduced at a pace appropriate to the individual’s nervous system and offered within a clearly held therapeutic framework.
-
Recovery and life-coaching foundations, supporting clients to identify goals, rebuild structure, and develop practical skills for navigating daily life in recovery or post-burnout.
-
Access to holistic workshops on key wellbeing topics, including sleep hygiene, nutrition, routine, and stress management, offered as adjunct education rather than treatment.
Focus: Regulation, rebuilding daily function, and developing sustainable self-care capacity.
Investment: £320–£420 per month

Tier 3
Integrated Support
High-touch, limited-capacity support
Tier 3 is our most comprehensive level of engagement, offered to a limited number of clients at any one time. It is designed for individuals navigating significant complexity — whether in the depth of recovery, following a period of serious burnout, or working through a major life transition that requires consistent, personalised support across multiple dimensions.
At this tier, clients receive twice-weekly individual sessions alongside multiple group touchpoints each week, access to the full range of somatic and movement practices, and personalised planning support to rebuild routine, identity, and daily function. The aim is deep, sustained regulation alongside a clear, supported transition toward greater independence over time.

What is included:
-
Two one-to-one sessions per week, providing more frequent individual contact to support those in more intensive phases of recovery or transition. Each session is tailored to the client’s current state and is held within a consistent, boundaried relationship.
-
Multiple live group regulation sessions each week, offering community, structure, and shared practice as a complement to individual work.
-
Integrated somatic movement, embodiment, and nervous system retraining, drawing on the full range of Melanie and Keith’s combined expertise to support the body as well as the mind.
-
Personalised recovery, routine, and lifestyle planning, helping clients rebuild a sustainable daily structure that supports long-term regulation and wellbeing.
-
Access to the Soft Landing Wellness Structured Workbook, a comprehensive guided programme containing more than 500 evidence-informed exercises for regulation, reflection, and rebuilding. This resource is exclusive to Tier 3 clients and is designed to be used alongside sessions as a structured self-directed companion.
-
Priority access, flexible scheduling, and enhanced care coordination, recognising that those at this level of support may have more variable capacity and require a greater degree of responsiveness from us.
Focus: Deep regulation, identity rebuilding, and a supported transition toward independence.
Investment: £750–£1,100 per month

Weekly Timetable
Our weekly programme runs Monday to Saturday, with four structured sessions each day. Every client, regardless of tier, attends the morning and evening group sessions — these form the consistent rhythm of the week. Individual sessions are allocated according to your tier, woven into the schedule to ensure that support feels steady and manageable rather than overwhelming.

Session allocation is designed to match the level of contact appropriate to each tier. Tier 1 clients attend group sessions only, providing a reliable weekly structure without the intensity of individual work. Tier 2 clients receive one individual session per week alongside both group sessions, while Tier 3 clients receive two. All individual sessions are held with Melanie or Keith and are tailored to your current needs, whether that draws on coaching, somatic practice, or psychoeducation. Sunday is a rest day across all tiers — no sessions are scheduled, and none are expected.

Which Tier is Right for You?
Choosing a tier is not always straightforward, and we do not expect you to make that decision alone. If you are unsure where you fit, or whether Soft Landing is the right level of support for your needs at all, the most useful next step is a short discovery consultation.
During that call, we will ask about your current situation, your capacity for engagement, and what kind of support would feel most manageable and useful right now. If a different service or level of care would serve you better, we will tell you honestly and, where possible, help you find a more appropriate option.

A Note on Scope
Soft Landing Wellness is not a therapy or medical treatment service. Across all tiers, our work is non-clinical and is designed to complement, not replace, psychological or medical care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat.
We operate within clearly defined scope-of-practice boundaries and are experienced in working alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, GPs, and other professionals. If you are currently engaged with a clinical team, we are happy to work in coordination with them where appropriate and with your consent.
All tiers include structured intake screening, clear session boundaries, and ethical referral pathways if a client’s needs change or exceed what we can appropriately provide.
