Meet Keith

Founder

Keith is the founder of Soft Landing Wellness, a recovery coach, neurodiversity coach, and holistic practitioner whose work is shaped by both extensive training and deeply lived experience.

He holds qualifications across yoga, meditation, breathwork, Pilates, and martial arts, and is an advanced breathwork practitioner with over 40 years of martial arts training, holding multiple black belts. His approach brings together movement, breath, and nervous system regulation in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and grounded — whatever someone’s starting point.

Keith is in recovery himself, with over two decades of lived experience. He has also overcome a challenging upbringing, neurodiversity, and trauma, which deeply inform the way he works. He understands, on a very real level, the complexity of rebuilding — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally & spiritually too.

His work is rooted in compassion, patience, and genuine understanding. He meets each person exactly where they are, offering steady guidance, encouragement, and a space where change can happen without pressure.

More About Keith

Keith has been in recovery for over 20 years, and this ongoing journey sits at the heart of everything he brings to his work. His path has not been linear — shaped by a difficult upbringing, neurodiversity, and personal trauma — and it is through moving with and through these experiences that he developed the grounded, compassionate approach he now shares with others.

He knows what it means to feel disconnected, and what it takes to rebuild that connection — to the body, the mind, and a sense of inner stability. His work is not about quick fixes, but about creating lasting, sustainable change through awareness, regulation, and consistent support.

Keith has supported individuals across the globe through recovery, emotional healing, and personal growth. As a neurodiversity coach and recovery coach, he brings a depth of understanding to the unique ways people experience the world, helping clients work with their minds and bodies, rather than against them.

His professional background spans yoga, meditation, breathwork, Pilates, and martial arts. As an advanced breathwork practitioner and lifelong martial artist with multiple black belts, he brings a strong yet grounded presence to his work — balancing discipline with deep empathy. Movement is part of his approach, but it is always offered in a way that feels adaptable, accessible, and supportive, rather than prescriptive.

Alongside his recovery and therapeutic work, Keith has always held a strong spiritual connection. Earlier in his journey, he spent a year living as a Buddhist monk, taking robes and dedicating himself to the study of mindfulness, discipline, meditation, and compassionate living. This experience continues to influence the calm, present, and deeply grounded energy he brings to his work today.

Keith offers a calm, steady, and non-judgemental space where people can begin to reconnect with themselves at their own pace. He believes that healing starts with safety, and that through breath, movement, and awareness, it is possible to rebuild from the inside out.

This is not just what he teaches — it’s how he lives.
